I really love this unit, a huge improvement over my Coleman Mach NDQ. I enjoy how quiet it is, the ease of toddling through modes with remote control, or the on unit display and even Wi-Fi through the Gree app. Eco cool was very easy to work with and delivery was fast, and Support has been good so far. Highly recommended!
Amazing! Went from a free blowing Dometic to the Eco Cool. Went from 59 to 61 decibels to 48 to 50 decibels. Note this was measured with an app on my phone and may not be accurate but still provides a good comparison of before and after. Basically, it makes less than half the noise on low VS the Dometic.
The AC unit was used to replace my old loud unit. It is way quieter and more efficient.
Currently my RV is at the service department. I have not been able to install the unit. I am l little disappointed that there is no current installation instructions.

I replaced an aging yet functioning LOUD unit in my motorhome with a new Eco Cool. I did the whole job by myself and it went really well. The Eco Cool performance seems flawless and the noise level is beyond acceptable. It makes my motorhome so much more enjoyable.
This unit works amazingly well had to customize the fit to existing ductwork with foam. Puts out way more cold air that the Dometic that was failing after just 4 years I want to replace another soon.
I like the functionality of this AC unit, but the only thing I do not like is the majority of the air flow going through the small vents on the attached ceiling unit instead of my air ducts. I suggest changing the plenum to give people the option of either using the side ceiling unit vents or the air ducts. The cold air also leaks into the intake so the thermistor is probably reading the wrong temperature. I had to modify the plenum using a foam block to have air flowing through the air ducts instead of through the giant hole pointing down the ceiling unit. This allowed more air flow throughout the RV instead of just the back.
Received unit with no problems. I never had installed an a.c. , but it went very well. My son and I pushed, and pulled the unit up a ladder at about 45 degree angle. I pulled the strap, and he pushed up the ladder. I had to cut a new hole in roof, because I had replaced roof. I set unit in place myself. I then installed inside unit. It worked perfectly. I'm very pleased. With the unit .
I'm very impressed with this unit. It cools better than the Coleman unit it replaced and is tremendously quieter. Although it might be better using the stock thermostat, the remote and the app definitely make up for it. I like the better control over the options for the unit through the app vs the thermostat for the old one. All in all, I am very pleased with the purchase
I bought the ducted version. I did use a plenum to force the air into the ducts and it works great. Very quiet and efficient. We're in Arizona and the temperature has been in the 100s, it keeps our motorhome cool and it's so quiet I keep checking to make sure it's running. Great product!!
It has been geat and operates as advertised AND as YouTubers who reviewed it and validated it. It is much quieter and pushes a larger volume of ain in comparison to the Dometic brand.
Unit is great so far. Quality appears is better than expected. I haven’t completed install on RV at this time. Everything seems to be relatively simple and I look forward to years of comfort at the campsites!
Easy swap-out for our existing Dometic 15k rooftop unit on our 5th wheel which was working fine, just noisy as all get-out (~70db). The new EcoCool/Gree unit measures out around 50db so is MUCH better. Looking forward to next summer and sleeping in a cool and quiet bedroom! The only 2 things on our wishlist : wish the unit could tie into our MicroAir Bluetooth wall-mounted thermostat, and wish the instructions for the phone app were more user-friendly.
The unit was replacing a Coleman Mach ducted unit. As the new unit required the installation of the head inside the 5th wheel, I had to do some modifications on the roof as well as cutting the ceiling inside. I also had to build a plenum to direct the air flow to vents and block some of the return air gaps to ensure air separation. The unit was also sent with ring connectors installed for the power supply. As they also supply Molex connectors that are not large enough for 14 guage wire, I had to use wire nuts. Ecocool could save some money and not send these as well as not attach ring connectors.
Great unit, but sadly it does not fit a ducted Airstream trailer. Bolt pattern, ceiling opening, etc. do not match. We had to make *extensive* modifications which I would not recommend to others. Having said that, I'm glad I have it. It's quiet, efficient, and I love the dehumidification mode.
The unit works great, I had to rewire everything to accept the digital thermostat. Not your fault just what it is. My only issue if there was one, you do not provide a hook up for condensation. It just leaks onto he roof of the rv. I did have technical question, and I was able to get someone on the phone to help with that. I would recommend this product.
The system was installed in a reasonable amount of time, though installation manual left a lot to be desired. No info at all was given, in box or online, regarding how the remote functions. Have the heat going only by playing with the buttons. Don't know if it is working to the best or not.
I’m am very pleased with the product so far. It arrived without any damage and was on time! When I unboxed everything, there were no instructions at all. I tried to reach out to my contact at your office and left messages, but received no response until this email. Thankfully, between the guys I hired and my own ingenuity, we made a plan and made it work. The heat pumps are quiet and are operating properly. Thanks for a great product.
Product was really good. I ordered during the worst time of year so shipping was delayed repeatedly. But... not only did Premiere Products apologize..... they stepped up and covered the shipping costs at my request. That's what I call integrity.

Easy installation but printed instructions would be helpful in package. My only negative is having to run the wire across the ceiling to thermostat, wireless thermostat would be very helpful and give a much cleaner look.

I am very impressed with the ECO cool AC. Premier Products did an excellent job with packing, shipping and customer service. This unit is very quiet compared to the old Dometic unit. The only item I was disappointed in is the design of the ducted plenum cover. The screws that hold it on are located in the center. When the unit is running, air pushes past the rear of the cover which reduces the amount of air into the ducts and is also a bit noisier. There needs to be a screw installed in the center-rear of the cover so that it will seal better. Overall, I am very pleased with this unit and would recommend it to others.
We replaced our Mach 3 with the Eco-Cool free flow. The db level difference was astounding. The Eco-Cool was so much quieter. No comparison. Now we can actually sleep without it sounding like an airplane engine in our bedroom. Received the the unit in two boxes with the upper unit being delivered two days before the plenum. No big deal but it did slow me down. When I started putting them together the bolts weren't long enough. I had read other reviews where this was a problem so I contacted tech support and they overnighted the longer bolts. Tech support was on the ball and easy to work with. Once I had the right bolts installation was easy. Be sure to torque the bolts according to instructions. I live in Texas so the unit will be tested this summer but I expect it to work fine. If you are looking for a quiet a/c this is it.
A little rough to install with the short bolts. Had to figure out a remedy but not a problem. Lining up the control plate to the mounting bracket was a little rough but once it was on, and the unit turned on. Cooled down the inside of our living space in our rv in minutes. Highly recommend this unit. May replace the other two units on my fifth-wheel. Oh, and the sound of quite and being able to carry a conversation compared to the Dometic systems is AMAZING.

We replaced a Coleman Mach Q with the ECO Cool and we love it. It is very quiet and the air it puts out is awesome. We put it in a Winnebago Travato so it's more to the rear of the vehicle, I think because of the design it is better suited for a larger RV with the ability to be utilized in the middle portion of the RV. It blows from the front and rear vents distributing the air equally throughout with no way of closing the rear vents. It gets COLD.

Unit works great. It is much quieter than the Dometic it replaced. Not sure it cools the RV down as fast as the previous unit but it is the middle of summer in Texas.
Before we had this installed I couldn’t sit next to my grandson and hear him talk with the AC unit running. So we would travel without AC which was miserable. Then we got our Eco Cool. Amazing. We turned it on and sat inside having a picnic lunch! Everyone was cool but better than that we could hear each other! This is a game changer.
This unit is so quiet! Has been more effective than the original AC unit because of the constant air movement. Power consumption has been noticeably less compared to a traditional unit as well. My calculations are about 1.67 ah per hour on high cool setting. This is exactly what I was looking for! My only suggestion would be to include both bolt sizes in the packaging. I did not realize that I had the wrong size until install. Service response was excellent as the bolts were overnighted!
