Premier Products ensures fast shipping and processing with FedEx or UPS within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). International orders can be shipped to a US freight forwarder; Premier Products is not liable for international fees.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time: Up to three business days from receipt of order.
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days call 888-524-2360.
Freight Orders: Delivered on pallets from our freight carrier of choice, we will contact you for scheduling.
Order Changes/Cancellations: Contact immediately via phone at 888-524-2360 or email at EcoCool@PremierProducts.net.
Address Corrections: Review and correct addresses promptly post-checkout. Premier Products will not be responsible for additional freight incurred if your order ships before notifying us.
Undeliverable/Lost/Stolen Packages: Not responsible for incorrect addresses or delivery issues. Reshipping or refunds (minus return cost) are possible for undamaged returns. No refunds for lost/stolen packages; signature service available.
Damages/Defects/Wrong Item/Missing Parts: Report within 48 hours of delivery via phone 888-524-2360 or email at EcoCool@PremierProducts.net. Replacement parts provided, no refunds issued.

Premier Products offers international shipping through a US freight forwarder. Premier Products is not liable for any international fees, customs duties, or taxes. Return Policy
30-day return window for undamaged items. Refunds are processed within two weeks after receipt of the return. A return fee may apply. Original packaging is required for returns.

Premier Products products come with a standard two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
