Premier Products warrants that its products are free from defects in material and quality under normal use and service. Premier Products offers a Two-Year Replacement Guarantee against manufacturer defects. Depending on the issue, some components of the ECO-COOL unit can be repaired or replaced. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at Premier Products’ discretion, of any defective parts or assembly. Our warranty does not include labor.
Consumer Warranty Claim Procedure
If a Premier Products item is found to be defective, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be required before it can be returned. The RMA number can be requested by completing the Warranty Request Form here.
Returning Warranty Items for Replacement
If Premier Products requests that you return an item under warranty for replacement, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. It is essential to use this label to return the item to Premier Products. Failure to return the item within 15 days may result in the warranty being voided or a hold placed on the warranty claim until the item is received.
Non-Transferable Warranty
This warranty is exclusive to the original owner and is valid only if the purchase was made through an authorized manufacturer supplier. It covers the repair or replacement of parts found to be defective in material or workmanship, provided these parts have been used under normal conditions and the manufacturer’s inspection confirms the defect.

Environmental and Accidental Damage: Damages or failures due to neglect, accidents, wind, rain, water pooling, weather, or other natural events.
Improper Installation: This unit must always be installed and operated according to the instructions. Any modifications, intentional damage, accidents, or misuse will void the warranty. Issues resulting from improper installation or adjustments are not covered. Professional installation is recommended.
Misuse and Neglect: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the instruction manual.
Parts Only Coverage: The warranty covers parts only and does not include labor costs.
Intended Use: Using our products outside their intended purpose may void the warranty at our discretion.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. This period allows you to inspect, test, and validate your purchase.
Restocking Fees: If you return an item because you ordered the wrong size, style, or color, a restocking fee will apply unless otherwise specified in the product description. You will be responsible for the freight costs both ways and 10% of the product cost.
Errors and Defects: If we made an error, the product has a manufacturing defect, or the item was not as described, contact us immediately here to resolve the issue.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Modified Items: Items modified by the customer will not be eligible for a return.
Return Authorization: Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items.
Shipping Instructions: Mark the RMA number on the return label attached to the outside of the box. Do not write on the box itself. Items must be shipped within 15 days of receiving the RMA number and our shipping label.
Inspection Notice: Inspect your merchandise before accepting your order from the delivery service. Note any damages on the delivery paperwork. Damage claims on freight shipments without such notes will not be honored.

How long does it take to receive my order once placed?
We ship within 1-3 business days, and transit time can be anywhere from 1-5 business days, depending on your location. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Do we ship to Canada?

What are the dimensions of the ECO-COOL unit?

Installation Setup
Can I install the unit myself?
While some users may have the skills to install the unit, it’s generally recommended to have a professional technician handle the installation to ensure it is done correctly and safely.
What is the power supply requirement?
Depending on the model, the units require a 110V air conditioning system. The unit can run on shore power, battery systems, generator, solar, etc.
What refrigerant is used in these units?
All units use the refrigerant R32.
Would my existing thermostat control the ECO-COOL unit?
If you don’t have an ECO-COOL, then your remote or wall thermostat will NOT control the ECO-COOL unit. Note: We do offer a communication model that accepts 12V analog input. Can I run two ECO-COOL units off of one 30 amp circuit?
Yes, typically with most RV air conditioners you must run one system on a 15000 BTU system and the other on a 13500 BTU system. ECO-COOL is so efficient.
What size inverter does ECO-COOL recommend?
A minimum of 3000 watt inverter.
Does the ducted system come with a remote and Wi-Fi capabilities?
Currently no, but in the first quarter of 2025 that will change.
How do I connect the unit to Wi-Fi?
Free blow ECO-COOL air conditioning units come with built-in Wi-Fi capabilities. Refer to the owner’s manual for instructions on connecting your unit to your home Wi-Fi network for remote control and monitoring. Free blow user manual. How to connect to Wi-Fi.

How do I connect the unit to a smart home system?

Can these units be used in multi-zone configurations?
