Termination

Entire Agreement

You consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

Legal Terms and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by United States laws. You and Premier Products, Inc. agree to arbitrate any disputes related to this Agreement, waiving the right to sue in court. Arbitration applies to all issues, including the agreement’s validity and defenses against arbitration. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.

Unless agreed otherwise by Premier Products, Inc., arbitration occurs in Elkhart County, Indiana, following American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Parties may choose representation for arbitration proceedings. The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable in court.

Amendments to the Agreement

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our site. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates. Continued use of our site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the site and notify us to terminate this Agreement.

Unexpected Events

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, or interruptions in internet or telecommunications services. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to resume our services as soon as possible.

Agreement Terms

You may not transfer this Agreement without Premier Products, Inc.’s prior written consent. This Agreement will bind and benefit both parties and their successors and assigns. Premier Products, Inc.’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. Claims related to the use of the Site or this Agreement must be filed within six months, or they will be void. The “Liability Disclaimer” benefits Premier Products, Inc., which can enforce it against you.
